Scottsdale Real Estate Annual Market Trends

Scottsdale home prices dipped a bit in 2007 with the median price losing 0.8% to $635,000. The average price, on the other hand, rose 2.9% to $821,383.

Home sales fell for the third year in a row: down 19.8% from 2006.
